Appearance requirements of silica gel products

一、The general standard

1. Operating temperature: -15℃ - +80℃

2. Storage temperature: -30℃ - +85℃

3. Storage time: A. The product is laid flat without extrusion: it can be stored for A long time; B. Product storage under extrusion: 1 month.

4. Working relative humidity: 45℅ -- 95℅

5. Working pressure: 86-106kpa

6. Contact rate: 5MA in 12VDC/0.5 seconds /2*107 times

7. Contact rebound: <12 ms

8. Insulation resistance: >1012 ohm /500VDC

9. Breakdown voltage: >25KV/mm

二、 the appearance of the

1. The color

(1). Standard: Silica gel is not exposed after vulcanization assembly, without great difference

(2) Detection method: under bright natural light or 40W fluorescent lamp, the standard sample or color card is put together with the sample to be checked, and the attention personnel with visual acuity above 1.0, without color blindness, have visual inspection for 5 seconds with the distance of 30cm between the naked eye and the sample.

2. The eccentric

(1) Standard: H-thick - H-thin elastic wall thickness ≤ 0.1mm, X=20℅ during mold testing;

≤X Elastic wall thickness ≤ 0.2mm, X=15℅ during mold testing

When H thick + H thin elastic wall thickness ≤ 0.3mm, X=8% during mold testing

(2) Detection method: test with thickness meter.

3. The material overflow

(1) Standard: from the key face down

Monochrome material height ≥ exposed shell height + 1.0mm, it is advisable to be invisible after installing the shell.

(2) Detection method: use vernier calipers to measure

4. The burrs

(1) Standard: Product edge: ≤ 0.5mm

Positioning hole: ≤ 0.1mm

Ruptured 5.

(1) Standard: No influence on assembly and performance: ≤ 1.0mm

(2) Detection method: use vernier calipers to measure

6. Color point bump point

(1) Standard: After customer assembly, the exposed part of silica gel shall not be visible

Detection method: under bright natural light or 40 watt fluorescent lamp, the sample was placed about 30CM away from the naked eye for visual inspection for 5 seconds by the person with vision over 1.0.
